It helps in designing solutions that effectively address user pain points and enhance the overall user experience. In this project, user research was conducted to gain insights into the preferences and expectations of potential clients, art enthusiasts, and industry professionals when browsing a nature photographer's portfolio online. The research involved creating a persona based on the target audience's characteristics and pain points, which informed the design decisions throughout the process.
